The departments office hours are from 8:00am till 10:00am Monday through Friday, outside of these hours or if the Land Use Officer is working with someone in the office an answering machine will take your name and number, your call will be returned as soon as possible.

About the Building Department:

The Building Department is dedicated to providing the highest level of plan review and inspection services to the unincorporated areas of Huerfano County, Colorado. Fairness, equality and the highest standard of professional ethics are our goals in providing services that will ensure safe and stable structures for the citizens of Huerfano County.
